Home Care Membership Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the RoMonica Home Care preventive-maintenance membership program.
RoMonica Home Care provides preventive maintenance services. Membership is not a home warranty, insurance policy, unlimited repair plan, or appliance replacement agreement.
1. Membership Purpose
These Home Care Membership Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the RoMonica Home Care membership program offered by RoMonica Home Services LLC (“RoMonica,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By enrolling in, purchasing, renewing, or using a Home Care membership, the customer (“Member,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledges and agrees to these Terms.
RoMonica Home Care is a preventive-maintenance membership program designed to help customers schedule routine maintenance for qualifying household appliances, dryer systems, ventilation equipment, and related household maintenance items.
Home Care memberships are intended for preventive maintenance only and are not home warranties, insurance policies, repair contracts, emergency-service agreements, unlimited-service plans, or appliance replacement plans.
Repairs, replacement parts, diagnostic services, and work outside the selected membership plan are priced separately unless expressly stated otherwise.

Property Care pricing and scope are determined individually.
3. Standard Household Quantities
Published residential membership pricing is based on the standard household quantities shown in the applicable plan.
Additional appliances, dryer vent lines, exhaust fans, or other qualifying equipment may require additional monthly or annual charges.
Final membership pricing is confirmed before membership activation.
4. Membership Request and Acceptance
Submitting an enrollment form does not automatically create an active membership.
Enrollment remains a membership request until RoMonica reviews the service address, selected plan, equipment quantities, service conditions, final pricing, and payment arrangement and formally accepts the request.
RoMonica may request additional information before accepting an enrollment.
5. Membership Term
Monthly memberships operate on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contract required.
Membership remains active until canceled in accordance with these Terms.
Annual memberships cover 12 consecutive months from the membership activation date and may provide savings compared with monthly billing.
6. Membership Billing
Membership fees are charged according to the billing option selected and approved during enrollment.
Available billing methods may include recurring monthly billing, annual payment, or custom billing arrangements for Property Care.
Payments may be processed through a third-party payment provider selected by RoMonica.
By authorizing recurring billing, the Member authorizes the applicable payment provider to charge the approved membership fee according to the selected billing schedule until canceled.
Applicable taxes, additional equipment charges, trip charges, or separately approved services may be billed in addition to the membership fee.
7. Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails, RoMonica or its payment provider may attempt to collect the outstanding payment again and may contact the Member to update payment information.
If payment remains unresolved for more than 7 days, membership benefits may be temporarily suspended.
Benefits may resume after the account is brought current.
8. Cancellation
Monthly memberships may be canceled at any time.
Cancellation requests should be submitted at least 3 business days before the next billing date.
Cancellation requests may be sent to info@rmhserv.com.
If a customer self-service account portal becomes available through the applicable payment provider, cancellation may also be available through that portal.
Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for charges already processed.
9. Benefits After Cancellation
When a Member voluntarily cancels a paid membership, membership benefits generally remain available through the end of the current paid billing period.
Benefits may terminate earlier when membership is suspended or terminated due to nonpayment, misuse, unsafe service conditions, abusive or inappropriate customer conduct, inaccessible property, fraudulent information, material violation of these Terms, or other legitimate business or safety reasons.
10. Annual Membership Refund Policy
Annual membership payments are generally non-refundable after the first 30 days.
A Member who cancels within 30 days of purchase may qualify for a full refund only if no included maintenance visit, preferred member pricing, or other membership benefit has been used.
Approved refunds may be reduced by any non-refundable payment-processing fees, where applicable.
After 30 days, the membership remains active through the end of the paid annual term and no prorated refund is provided.
11. Scheduling
Membership services are performed by appointment and are subject to technician availability, geographic routing, equipment accessibility, weather, property access, service conditions, and other scheduling limitations.
Priority member scheduling means scheduling preference may be provided when appointments are available.
It does not guarantee same-day service, emergency service, a specific technician, a specific appointment time, or service outside normal business hours.
12. Rescheduling and Missed Appointments
At least 24 hours’ notice is requested when canceling or rescheduling a maintenance appointment.
Repeated late cancellations, missed appointments, inability to access the property, or arrival at a locked or inaccessible service location may result in delayed service, loss of scheduling priority, a standard rescheduling or trip fee, membership review, or cancellation of membership where appropriate.
13. Property Access
The Member is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to covered appliances and maintenance areas.
Furniture, stored items, built-in structures, or other obstructions may need to be moved before service.
RoMonica is not required to move hazardous, excessively heavy, permanently installed, or unsafe objects.
14. Dryer Vent Limitations
Standard dryer vent maintenance assumes a reasonably accessible residential vent system.
Additional charges may apply for unusually long vent runs, roof terminations, difficult exterior access, inaccessible ductwork, severe lint blockage, animal nests, damaged ductwork, crushed or disconnected venting, specialty equipment, or conditions requiring additional labor or equipment.
RoMonica may decline work where access or conditions create an unreasonable safety risk.
15. Preventive Maintenance Findings
Preventive maintenance may reveal conditions requiring additional service.
Discovery of damaged components, electrical concerns, airflow restrictions, deteriorated hoses, damaged venting, appliance faults, leaks, excessive buildup, or worn components does not mean repair is included in the membership.
A separate estimate may be provided, and no additional paid repair work will be performed without customer approval.
16. Minor Seasonal Maintenance Checks
Minor seasonal maintenance checks are limited to qualifying visual and routine maintenance observations of accessible household equipment.
These may include checking accessible refrigerator door seals, appliance filters, visible washer hoses, dryer vent terminations, visible lint or debris buildup, qualifying ventilation areas, and other similar maintenance items.
These checks are not whole-home inspections, code inspections, structural inspections, electrical inspections, plumbing inspections, HVAC system inspections, or safety certifications.
17. Appliance and Equipment Condition
Membership does not guarantee that covered equipment will not fail, will operate for any particular period, will remain free of defects, or will avoid future repairs.
Preventive maintenance may reduce buildup and help maintain equipment, but it cannot prevent all mechanical failures.
18. Customer-Supplied Information
Members are responsible for providing accurate information regarding service address, appliance quantities, equipment type, dryer vent configuration, property access, billing details, and known conditions affecting service.
Incorrect or incomplete information may result in revised pricing or service limitations.
19. Photographs and Documentation
RoMonica may photograph qualifying equipment, maintenance conditions, model and serial labels, and completed maintenance for service documentation, property records, warranty documentation, internal business records, and customer communication.
Images identifying a customer or private property will not be publicly used for advertising without appropriate permission.
20. Additional Repairs and Services
Repairs, parts, installation work, diagnostic services, and other services not expressly included in the membership are billed separately.
A membership does not obligate the Member to approve additional work.
RoMonica is not obligated to perform work outside its service capabilities, licensing, safety requirements, or business scope.
21. Unused Services and Rollover
Included maintenance visits and services must be used during the applicable membership term or service period.
Unused services do not accumulate indefinitely, do not automatically carry into future membership years, are not redeemable for cash, are not transferable into unrelated services, and do not create account credit unless RoMonica agrees otherwise in writing.
22. Service Area
Standard residential membership pricing applies to qualifying properties within RoMonica’s included service radius, generally up to 50 miles.
Locations outside the standard service radius may incur additional travel charges, require custom pricing, or be declined based on routing and availability.
23. Membership Transfer
Residential memberships are generally associated with the approved Member and service address.
Membership benefits may not be sold, transferred, shared, or reassigned to another household without prior approval.
If a Member moves, RoMonica may review whether the membership can be transferred to the new service address.
24. Right to Decline or Terminate Membership
RoMonica Home Services LLC reserves the right to decline, suspend, discontinue, or cancel membership when legitimate business, safety, payment, scheduling, property-access, customer-conduct, or service-scope concerns make continued service inappropriate or impractical.
Examples may include unsafe work environments, threats or abusive conduct, repeated nonpayment, fraudulent information, repeated missed appointments, inaccessible equipment, conditions outside RoMonica’s service scope, or unreasonable interference with service.
Membership decisions will be made in accordance with applicable law and will not be based on a legally protected characteristic.
25. Safety
RoMonica technicians may stop or decline work if conditions appear unsafe.
Examples include unsafe electrical conditions, unstable structures, aggressive animals, hazardous contamination, unsafe roof access, inaccessible equipment, dangerous vent configurations, or other unreasonable safety risks.
The Member may be required to correct unsafe conditions before service continues.
26. No Guarantee of Repair Prevention
Preventive maintenance is intended to support routine equipment care.
RoMonica does not guarantee that maintenance will prevent all breakdowns, prevent fire, eliminate all hazards, extend equipment life by a specific amount, or reduce utility costs by a specific amount.
27. Changes to Membership Plans
RoMonica may modify membership pricing, available plans, included services, additional-unit pricing, scheduling procedures, service-area availability, and program terms.
Material changes affecting an active Member will be communicated before taking effect when reasonably practicable.
Continued membership after an applicable change may constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
28. Communications
Members consent to receive reasonable service-related communications regarding appointments, maintenance reminders, membership billing, payment failures, service recommendations, membership changes, and account administration.
Communication may occur by email, telephone, or SMS/text message where permitted.
Message and data rates may apply. Members may opt out of automated text communications at any time by replying STOP.
Opting out of text messaging does not cancel the membership and may require service-related communications to be delivered by another available method.
29. Third-Party Payment Providers
RoMonica may use independent payment-processing companies to process membership transactions.
Use of those services may also be subject to the payment provider’s own terms and privacy practices.
RoMonica does not store payment-card information unless specifically stated through an approved payment system.
30. Limitation of Membership Scope
Membership services are limited to the specific services described in the selected plan and accepted enrollment.
Nothing in a Home Care membership should be interpreted as requiring RoMonica to perform work outside its normal business scope, requiring licensing or authorization RoMonica does not hold, involving unsafe conditions, requiring specialized contractors, or beyond the services expressly included in the plan.
31. Entire Membership Understanding
These Terms, together with the selected membership plan, confirmed pricing, enrollment information, approved add-ons, and written service-specific agreements constitute the membership understanding between the Member and RoMonica Home Services LLC regarding the Home Care program.
